This is a 1976-D (Denver) Eisenhower Dollar PCGS MS65 Type 2 (Mint State 65). This coin displays some unique and odd toning on each side (looks like album toning) with some darker green, blue, and purple in certain areas and lighter blues, yellows, and greens in others. The “musky” areas on the coin looks like thick smog (only way I can think of describing it). There are a few specs on the obverse just below Ike’s neck and in the field around the profile.
